Dixie Dice

The owner and manager, Dixie Dice, possesses the knowledge needed for government and private sector industries to attain desired best practice performance to in turn achieve or improve their CMMI level. Ms. Dice is a certified Lead Appraiser for CMMI Development. She has over 25 years experience and a strong reputation in the CMMI and process improvement industry.

Fred Haigh

Fred is a CMMI Institute Certified Instructor, teaching “Introduction to CMMI” for both Development and Services. He also holds an ITIL Foundation certification and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. Fred received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport. Fred is a Process Improvement Architect and Engineer with over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. He has worked in all the major software development roles as well as a variety of service roles.
